How to delete your Yullama account
You can delete your account in the app or send a support request if you cannot access the app.

Request account deletion
In the app, use the “Delete account” action. After confirmation, the account is marked for deletion, active sessions are revoked, and the profile is hidden.
- Open your profile settings.
- Open the account section and choose “Delete account”.
- Confirm the action by entering your username exactly.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@yullama.ru with the subject “Account deletion” and include your username, account email, and a short description of the request.
What happens after the request
- Your profile becomes unavailable and the current session ends.
- Hard delete/anonymization is scheduled after a grace period, usually within 30 days.
- Group messages may be anonymized if full removal would break conversation history.
