Yullama collects and processes limited account, messaging, media, support, analytics, and billing data needed to operate the service, protect accounts, deliver purchases, and provide user support.
Data We Collect
Depending on the features you use, Yullama may collect your email address, account and user identifier data, text and electronic messages, photos, videos, audio messages, other content you choose to upload or send, support requests, analytics events about how core app features are used, and billing or purchase records needed to activate paid features.
How We Use Data
We use this data for app functionality, including account creation and access, profile and security features, chat and community messaging, media uploads and playback, voice messages, support responses, and subscription or internal-currency purchase activation.
We also use limited linked user identifier and product interaction data for internal analytics so we can understand feature usage, diagnose issues, improve reliability, and plan product changes.
Purchases and Subscriptions
When purchases are available on a supported platform, purchase and subscription data may be processed to confirm payment status, activate eligible paid features, restore supported purchases, and provide billing support. The current iOS release does not offer in-app subscriptions, digital purchases, or in-app top-ups.
Tracking
For the current iOS release, Yullama does not use App Tracking Transparency and does not use cross-app tracking for advertising purposes on iOS.
